			Dale Alcock - Managing Director Dale commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer and has grown to be one of the most recognised names and faces in the industry. Joining partners John Webb and Garry Brown-Neaves in 1987, Dale has been instrumental in the spectacular, yet controlled, growth of the ABN Group. A past president of the Housing Industry Association WA and Asia Region, Dale was also recognised as WA's 'Entrepreneur of the Year 2001" for services including Financial, Business and Property. In 2005, Dale was awarded the highly coveted Sir Philip Lynch award in appreciation and recognition of outstanding service to the Australian Housing industry. Dale was recently awarded the inaugural WA Greensmart 'Professional of the Year' award in recognition to his contribution to the environmental issues specifically relating to the housing industry. In November 2008, Dale was also jointly awarded the Master Builders Association Robert Law Award for outstanding contribution to the residential building industry in Western Australia. Dale is a Director and JV partner of Ocean Springs Pty Ltd, the management entity for the Brighton Joint Venture project with the Department of Housing and Works. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the ABN Foundation and is an involved member of WA Charity Direct.
			Garry Brown-Neaves - Director A third generation builder, Garry commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer. Throughout the early 1970's, he built speculative and contract homes under his own name, and in 1978 formed Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd, now recognised as Australia's Finest Home Builder. Today, Garry continues his full-time involvement as Director of the ABN Group and is Managing Director of Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd. In 2002, Garry won the HIA Ron Sears Citation for his many years contribution to the WA building industry, and in 1999 was awarded the prestigious Sir Philip Lynch Award for recognition of services to the building industry. In November 2008, Garry was also jointly awarded the Master Builders Association Robert Law Award for outstanding contribution to the residential building industry in Western Australia. Garry is on the Board of Trustees for several national charities, including the Heart and Lung Transplant Foundation, ABN Foundation, and is an active member of WA Charity Direct.
			Damien Eves - Chief Executive Officer Damien commenced his career in the building industry in 1994 as the Sales Administration Manager for Dale Alcock Homes. He was then offered the opportunity to become General Manager at Dale Alcock Home Improvement in 1999 where he grew the business in both performance and reputation. In 2002, he started Celebration Homes for the ABN Group which quickly developed into the leading builder in its market niche with an incredible 500 sales in the first year of operation. The impressive performances of the companies Damien has managed over the last 10 years resulted in his promotion to Chief Executive Officer for the ABN Group in 2008. Damien works closely with Dale Alcock, Garry Brown-Neaves and the senior management team to oversee the operations and provide the strategic direction for the ABN Group of Companies. Damien is involved in numerous charitable organisations including being a Trustee for the both the ABN Foundation and WA Charity Direct. He is also a board member of the Starlight WA Children's Foundation and the Esther Foundation.
			Jeff Miller CA - Chief Financial Officer After completing a Bachelor of Business degree specialising in Accounting in 1984, Jeff commenced as an Accountant for Mann Judd Chartered Accountants, working in the Tax and Small Business Advisory section. Jeff became a Chartered Accountant in 1989 when he successfully completed the "professional year". In 1991, Jeff commenced as the Group Accountant for the ABN Group, reporting directly to the Directors. With over 21 years of financial experience, Jeff is now responsible for the management of financial affairs of all operating companies within the ABN Group. He is also on the Board of Trustees for several national charities including the ABN Foundation, Heart and Lung Transplant Foundation of WA, and is a Founding Trustee for WA Charity Direct.

Jason Willoughby B Econs - General Manager of Developments

Jason joined the ABN Group in early 2006 to manage the Group's real estate acquisitions and development projects. Within this time Jason has acquired and managed a number of key assets for the Group.

Jason has gained a broad range of experience within the financial sector both in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining ABN Group Jason was a Director of a small London Investment Bank as well as holding a Directorship and CEO position of a London Stock Exchange company. In this role Jason successfully reconstructed the company balance sheet and divesture of company assets. Jason also assisted in the sale of a NASDAQ listed security company to Honeywell.

Jason currently sits on the Board of the Uniting Church Investment Committee and the Property Council of WA's Industrial Committee.

- TAFE Real Estate Sales Agent Certificate
- Currently studying to complete a Bachelor of Laws degree.
