ABN Developments was established to manage the group's property development projects and investments.  Having changed the face of residential landscapes across Western Australia, the ABN Group has expanded to include the provision of property developments of the highest quality.

The Group has current land interests valued at over $1 billion dollars in end sales value. This is made up via direct landholdings as well as investments with third party developers.  These direct land holdings include commercial office blocks, industrial land, residential estates and high rise developments. In certain circumstances the Group also enters into joint venture arrangements with landowners and developers.
