ABN Group is a socially responsible company who understands the importance of contributing to the community. The ABN Foundation was formed on the premise of giving back to the community and they have extended their hand to a variety of areas including medical research, relief work and the environment.
Over the last 5 years the ABN Group has donated funds of over $5.2 million to various worthy causes. ABN Group has assisted Australian natural disaster victims, donating $500,000 to the Salvation Army Queensland Disaster Relief Appeal, coming from a $1000 donation from every home sold in January and February 2011.
The Foundation also assisted victims in WA and Victorian, donating $95,000 to the Red Cross Victorian Flood Appeal and $100 000 to the Lord Mayor Distress Relief Fund for victims of the Perth Hills Bushfire.
