As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in the execution of the Group’s marketing campaigns and activities. Supporting the Marketing Managers, you’ll help coordinate our media bookings, social media implementation, invoicing, marketing reporting, marketing campaigns and creative suppliers. You’ll also ensure our print and web collateral is up to date and on-brand, maintain recipient databases, help with event management, and much more.
Exceptional organisational skills are a must for this role, as are stakeholder management skills, and a sound understanding of marketing disciplines and analytics.
In this strategic role, you’ll collaborate with General Managers and internal stakeholders, across the ABN Group, to devise and implement marketing and communications initiatives for all of the Group’s brands. You’ll identify business needs and develop marketing initiatives to meet them, including advertising, digital, direct marketing, PR and sponsorship campaigns. You’ll then evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of those campaigns to maximise return on investment.
Naturally, you’ll need exceptional skills in planning, developing and implementing analytically driven marketing initiatives. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills are also critical, as is the ability to manage agency relationships and ensure all stakeholders in the business understand the strategic direction of your marketing campaigns.
