THE HIA CHARITY HOME BY STOCKLAND & DALE ALCOCK HOMES IS NOW OPEN

We’ve been working hard to complete the eagerly awaited HIA Charity Home –  now open this weekend.

Stockland and Dale Alcock Homes have joined forces with the HIA Charitable Foundation to build this stunning home at Stockland’s beachside Amberton Private Estate in Eglinton (20 Celeste Street).

Net proceeds go towards tackling depression, anxiety and substance abuse in the building and construction industry and this year’s major benefactor is beyondblue.

The home is now open to view every weekend until it is auctioned on Saturday, March 19.

This will be a once off opportunity to purchase a quality Dale Alcock Home at below replacement value.

Take a walk through the home and make sure you pre-qualify for finance before auction day by contacting ABN Realty or Resolve Finance. Having inspected the home, you will appreciate the high standard of specification and inclusions.

Suppliers and contractors have gone above and beyond to ensure the HIACF Charity Home delivers an outstanding example of what West Australian builders are capable of producing.

You can contact Vickie Matthews from ABN Realty on 9200 7200 for more information on the home open days and times.

You can also have a read through the HIA Charity Home brochure right here.
