A third generation home builder, Dale commenced his career as a bricklayer in the WA wheatbelt town of Kellerberrin. He later joined partners John Webb & Garry Brown-Neaves in 1987 to establish Dale Alcock Homes. Today, as the Managing Director of the ABN Group, Dale has been instrumental in the spectacular, yet controlled, growth of the ABN Group and has grown to be one of the most recognised names and faces in the industry.

Throughout the last 30 years, Garry has worked by the simple philosophy to 'build every home as if it were his own'. Forming Webb & Brown-Neaves in 1978, Garry's industry experience has shown him that quality craftsmanship, superior materials and expert employees are second to none. Today, Garry continues his full-time involvement as Director of the ABN Group and as Managing Director of Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd.

Aidan Hooper - Managing Director, Victoria

Aidan has had an esteemed career within the ABN Group over the last 20 years. Using his nous and passion for Sales and Marketing, he has driven many of the ABN businesses to reach a critical scale with an amazing sales ethos. In 2009, Aidan took on the role of Managing Director of ABN's Melbourne operations Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre.

Damien Eves - Chief Executive Officer

Starting in Sales Administration, Damien commenced with Dale Alcock Homes in 1994, he then progressed to the General Manager of Dale Alcock Home Improvement, before starting Celebration Homes in 2002. The impressive performances of the companies Damien has managed over the last 10 years resulted in his promotion to CEO for the Group in 2008, where he works closely with both the Directors and the senior management team to oversee the operations and provide strategic direction for the ABN Group of Companies. |
Jeff Miller - Chief Financial Officer

With over 20 years of finance experience, Jeff commenced as the Group Accountant for the ABN Group in 1991. Today, Jeff is responsible for the management of financial affairs of all operating companies within the ABN Group. He is also on the Board of Trustees for several national charities including the ABN Foundation, Heart and Lung Transplant Foundation of WA, and is a Founding Trustee for WA Charity Direct. |
ABN Support Management Team
Brad Moore- General Manager of ABN Support

After 15 years of experience with in the building industry, Brad joined the ABN Group in March 2010 as General Manager of Dale Alcock Home Improvement. His current role now sees Brad as responsible for the departments and internal supply companies which provide services across the entire ABN Group. Brad is focused on maximizing the value provided by these areas and ensuring a close working relationship between ABN Support and the other entities. |
Gerard Hart- Chief Information Controller

Commencing with the Group in 1993 and having over 23 years experience working with building companies, Gerard is responsible for the group's IT Systems. Gerard is heavily involved in strategic initiatives with the aim of keeping the ABN Group at the forefront of the building industry with its systems, processes and business solutions. |
Tim Cocks- Group Financial Controller

With a variety of industry experience gained over the past 20 years, Tim commenced at the ABN Group in December 2009 as Group Financial Controller. Tim is responsible for all financial and management reporting across the Group, working with and supporting all Company Accountants and their accounts teams. |
Andrew Auret - General Manager of Developments

Andrew has over a decade of experience working within some of Australia's largest developers, including senior roles in Project Management and New Business and the identification and delivery of property developments. Within ABN Andrew is focused on the provision of development solutions to assist in the sustained growth of the Group.

With 15 years of global and local marketing experience across a range of industries, Jo has joined the ABN Group to lead the marketing across all of the Group's brands.
