Dale Alcock - Managing Director
DaleAlcock Dale commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer; he later joined partners John Webb & Garry Brown-Neaves in 1987 to establish Dale Alcock Homes. Today, as the Managing Director of the ABN Group, Dale has been instrumental in the spectacular, yet controlled, growth of the ABN Group and has grown to be one of the most recognised names and faces in the industry.

Garry BrownNeaves A third generation builder, Garry commenced his career in the building industry as an apprentice bricklayer. Throughout the early 1970's, he built speculative and contract homes under his own name and in 1978 formed Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd, now recognised as Australia's Finest Home Builder. Today, Garry continues his full-time involvement as Director of the ABN Group and as Managing Director of Webb & Brown-Neaves Pty Ltd.
Damien Eves - Chief Executive Officer
Damien Eves Starting in Sales Administration, Damien commenced with Dale Alcock Homes in 1994, he then progressed to the General Manager of Dale Alcock Home Improvement, before starting Celebration Homes in 2002. The impressive performances of the companies Damien has managed over the last 10 years resulted in his promotion to CEO for the Group in 2008, where he works closely with both the Directors and the senior management team to oversee the operations and provide strategic direction for the ABN Group of Companies.
Jeff Miller - Chief Financial Officer
JeffMiller With over 20 years of finance experience, Jeff commenced as the Group Accountant for the ABN Group in 1991. Today, Jeff is responsible for the management of financial affairs of all operating companies within the ABN Group. He is also on the Board of Trustees for several national charities including the ABN Foundation, Heart and Lung Transplant Foundation of WA, and is a Founding Trustee for WA Charity Direct.
Tim Cocks - Group Financial Controller
Tim Cocks With a variety of industry experience gained over the past 20 years Tim commenced at the ABN Group in December 2009 as Group Financial Controller.  Tim is responsible for all financial and management reporting across the Group, which means working with and supporting all Company Accountants and their accounts teams, to ensure that all reporting is timely, accurate, consistent and reliable.
Jason Willoughby - General Manager of Developments
Jason W Jason joined the ABN Group in early 2006 to manage the Group's real estate acquisitions and development projects. Within this time Jason has acquired and managed a number of key assets for the Group including projects such as 'Optima Centre', 'Progress Business Park', 'Aspire Commercial Centre' and 'Vision Commerce Centre' to name a few.
Max Pirone - General Manager of Design & Product Development
Max P Max has spent over 14 years with the ABN Group. Max is responsible for Design and Product Development across the Group and his current strategic role sees him working with the Senior Management Team to drive innovation and design leadership within the ABN Group of Companies.
