Building and supply company discounts
We offer all ABN Group employees a discount on building new homes with our building companies. This also extends to direct family members (parents, children, siblings). You can also access discounted rates through selected ABN Group construction services and supply companies, including discounts on kitchen designs, smart home systems, appliances, lighting and paint. Local community partnerships

Paid parental leave
We offer additional paid parental leave on top of the Australian Government Paid Parental Leave Scheme. 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 3 weeks for secondary carers.
Health Insurance Discounts
Corporate discounts on health insurance with key providers including HBF, MediBank and Bupa.
Employee Assistance Program
We provide confidential counselling services through our Employee Assistance Program. Employees and direct family can access 6 free sessions a year.
Health and wellbeing benefits
ABN Group is committed to promoting total wellbeing at work and we seek to do this through our Thrive Wellbeing framework. We offer a variety of initiatives centred around six pillars of wellbeing: Physical, Mental, Financial, Community, Career and Social.
