While we already know how fantastic our team in the South West is, we’re always proud to have more ways to have that excellence acknowledged externally.
Such was the case at the HIA Western Australia Housing Awards last Friday, where Dale Alcock Homes South West won the 2025 Excellence in Service award in the Large Builder category!
This award measures all areas of customer satisfaction and highlights the outstanding experience delivered to our customers in the South West.
Ever consistent, this is the second year in a row they have won the state Excellence in Service award. They also won the South West Excellence in Service award earlier this year (as well as in 2023 and 2024).
There’s a reason why we’ve continued to flourish in the South West, and it is the care and commitment the whole team has for delivering an incredible experience for each and every customer.
This dedication can be seen from their Net Promoter Score, which is consistently well above industry benchmarks and our own internal aspiration of 80. Not to mention awards like this.
South West’s General Manager, Steve Hancock, deserves a particular shoutout. His exemplary leadership of the team is invaluable in having us be a builder of choice in the region.
